Why we can not see the laser light has the output?

A.If the wavelength is 810nm, 790nm, 1050nm, 904nm, or 940nm , 850nm, which are all the infrared laser light, and it is the invisible light, and we can not observe it by the eyes, while we can observe it via the protection glasses or by the webcam.
