Location: The acupuncture point Anmian is located behind the ear, midpoint between acupuncture points Yifeng (SJ 17) and Fengchi (GB 20)
Indication:
1.Insomnia, vertigo, headache: help promote restful sleep by treating sleeping disorders because it anchors the 'shen" (the mind); used for both interrupted and restless sleep, as well as for excessive dreaming and nightmares.
2.Palpitations, mental disorders
[Acupoint Shenmen] At the ulnar end of the palmar transverse stripes of the wrist, and in the inner radialis of the flexor carpi ulnaris tendon.
Meaning: Shen: mind Men: door
The heart houses the mind. This point is a door for the mind.
Location:
On the palmar ulnar end of the transverse creast of the wrist, in the depression on the radial side of the tendon of m. flexor carpi ulnaris.
Indication:
1. Main point for heart disease such as palpitations, cardiac pain, tachycardia, arrhythmia, etc.
2. Insomnia, forgetfulness, dementia, psychosis epilepsy.
3. Pain of wrist joint, numbness of ulnar nerve.
[Acupoint Sanyinjiao]
Sanyinjiao(SP6) is an acupuncture point in the meridian
named Taiyin Spleen Meridian of Foot. It is Contraindicated
using during pregnancy.
Sanyin, three Yin meridians; jiao, crossing. This is an inter-
secting point of the Spleen, Liver and Kidney Meridians.
About 4 inches directly above the tip of the medial malleolus,
on the posterior border of the tibia.

[Acupoint Fengchi]Below the occipital bones on both sides behind the nape, in the pit of sternocleidomastoid muscle and the upper end of trapezius muscle.
Fengchi (GB20) is an acupuncture point in the meridian named Shaoyang Gall Bladder Meridian of Foot.
Feng, pathogenic wind; chi, pool. The point is below the occipital bone and the depression is like a pool. It is an important point in eliminating pathogenic wind.
In the posterior aspect of the neck, below the occipital bone, in the depression between the upper portion of m.sternocleidomestoideus and m.trapezius.
1. Fainting, headache, insomnia and dreamness.
2. Main point for diseases of the head, face and five sense organs, especially good for eye diseases.
3. Cold and fever.
4. Lowering high blood pressure.
5. Facial paralysis.
6. Stiff pain of the neck and nape.
[Acupoint Taiyang] About 1 cun(1.3cm) backward from the midpoint of brow tip and the outer eye corner.
Location: In the region of the temples, in the depression about one finger-breadth posterior to the midpoint between the lateral end of the eyebrow and the outer canthus.
Indication:
1. Headache, redness, swelling and pain of the eye
2. Toothache, facial pain
