Ischemic encephalopathy mainly involves cerebral blood supply insufficiency, lacuna encephalon infarction, arteriosclerosis encephalopathy, etc. These patients mostly suffer vascular diseases in the carotid artery system, and half of them suffer vertebrobasilar arterial blood-supply insufficiency.
Irradiate at the common carotid artery parallel to the upper edge of the patient's thyroid cartilage with an output power of 20mW, 3o minutes for each time of irradiation, once a day, and 10 times as a course of treatment.
