Q1. no battery power, means the device no laser output? Answer :----There is 2 solutions:
solution 1, for the usage , you should long press the “ ON/OFF " button first , the device will turn on( ---laser will output) , then you could short press the massage button , the vibration massage will work , you can also short press massage button again , the massage function will pause. Short press the "on/off" key , the laser output will pause; long press "ON/OFF " button, the device will turn off. The COZING-W01 has default time setting. , the device will turn off automatically after 15mins later,
Solution 2: If long press on/off, no laser output ,it means the battery is run out, you should charge it.
Q2. When I put the probe into my vaginal, it didn`t work, does the device is damaged? Answer:-------please turn on the device and massage function if you need it,FINALLY insert it into the vaginal. Please DON`T TURN ON THE DEVICE WHEN THE PROBE ALREADY INTO THE VAGINAL, BECAUSE YOU CAN`T CONTROL THE DEVICE WELL, AND YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHERE IS THE BUTTON.
Q3. During the usage, if I don`t want to use it , can I take it out at anytime? Answer -------Yes, you can take it out at anytime .
Q4. How about the probe, is it safety?
Answer----It`s medical classes glasses, safety usage.
Q5. During the charging,can I use the device connect to the electric source?
No need, becuase inside the device has 1800mAh lithium battery , during the usage,it can`t connect to the electric source, that`s the CFDA regulated, to ensure the device safety usage. If you want to use the COZING-W01 , you should long press the “ ON/OFF " button first , the device will turn on( ---laser will output) , then you could short press the massage button , the vibration massage will work , you can also short press massage button again , the massage function will pause. Q6. After usage, can I sterilize it by the alcohol?
----Yes, but after the sterilization, you shlal use the cotton ball with the purified water, to remove the alcohol. And please don`t use the corrosive material to sterilize the probe, the details, please check the manual book.
If the treatment efficiency is not obviously , you can increase the treatment time and frequency, using twice in a row(30mins totally) , morning and night, and 15 days as one course of the treatment, then interval is 3 days as the rest, then last the 2nd course of the treatment.
